So, a company called "Peloton Cycle" is making a spinning bike that connects to other bikes into a high score-like feature where you compete to get the the top. Now, do I see this catching on? In my Not-So-Humble opinion, no. It seems kind of gimmicky to me, as if people want to excercise with the fundamentals of a game, like, say, Wii Fit, that is a lot more open, as a lot of people can strech and relax on those easily. Not that many people that I know would want to bike as fast as possible to beat a game. It almost feels like, say, the Virtual Boy. They are trying to sell based on a gimmick. Virtual Boy boasted Virtual Reality 3D, and this boasts fitness to people who wanna exircise while gaming. It just doesn't fit. So, do I think this will catch on? No. Do I see it having POTENTIAL? Maybe. Only time will tell. This is Kyle, logging off.
