Do violent video games make people violent in real life?

Do violent video games make people violent in real life? NO IT DOES NOT! I've heard this claim everywhere! If this claim is true, then all violent movies and shows and books and music should make people violent, too. It's a simple fact: Not every action in a game makes people wanna do that. I've been playing GTA V since it came out, and I'm just as violent as I was before-hand! Nothing bad, nothing good. I'm a neutrally violent person. If anything, violent video games can be a stress reliever; doing harmful things with no consequnce. But hey, that's just my Not-So-Humble opinion. This is Kyle, logging out.
